Support Fusion's services reflect the needs of today's high-powered business environments.  Our focus is on making your implementation a success without all of the unnecessary and unwanted expensive consulting, dedicated on-site resources, or vendor intervention.

We offer services in many areas, from new companies starting with a brand new support organization to Fortune 500 companies looking for ways to streamline their infrastructure and save costs. Support Fusion specializes in Strategic Planning and Value Chain Analysis for companies of all sizes and shapes.

Our advanced architecture allows our customers to integrate disparate systems with greater ease than may other solutions available in the marketplace today.

Support Fusion System Configuration Offerings
Hosted Shared Server Web site and database is hosted on the same server as Support Fusion customers, but the database itself is unique to your company. Monthly charges will vary based on number of licenses needed and any add-on services (see below).
Hosted Dedicated Server Web Server and database are hosted on their own separate server. Monthly charges will vary based on number of licenses needed and any add-on services (see below).
On-Premise Offering System is set up on the customer premises with hardware provided by them. Cost will vary based on number of licenses needed.
Additional Add-Ons for Hosted Services
Extended Backup & Recovery Service The Basic Backup Service (included) backs up your database hourly onto another server at the same hosting location and recovers it on that server in the event of a system failure on the main server.

The Extended Backup Service backs up the database hourly to a machine at a different hosting location and recovers it on that server in the event of a system failure on the main server.
Dedicated Backup & Recovery Service Same as Extended Backup and Recovery, but on a dedicated server at a different hosting location.
Additional Network Line An additional line from a different provider can be added to your server so in the event of a network failure from one provider the server can still be reached via the other provider. (for dedicated hosted servers only)
Increased Bandwidth Increase your monthly bandwidth limitation. (for dedicated hosted servers with an additional network line only)
Staging/Test Server Another site (or sites) can be set up on a different or the same server with your company's data to QA new releases and/or stage changes you plan on deploying to your main site.
Support and Professional Services
Standard Support (included) Unlimited technical support via the Support Fusion Web Site or via email during normal business hours (9am - 5pm ET).
Product and documentation updates as they become available.
We use our own system to support our products.
Premium Support Assigned Support Fusion representative.
24x7 support via our web site, email, phone, or pager.
Less than one hour response time (goal).

Professional Services Many of our customers inquire about enhancements and special features. Enhancements are done on a no additional charge basis if they are requested by more than one customer and are key "must have" feature.
Non-critical enhancements deemed key to our products are placed on our enhancement list and scheduled for later releases.
Customers can pay for enhancements they want pushed up to the top of scheduled list.
We will also make "customer unique" changes to the software at our discretion.
All potential bugs are addressed immediately.
