Web

the database itself is unique to your company. Monthly charges will vary based

| Extended
Backup & Recovery Service |
The
Basic Backup Service (included) backs up your database hourly onto another
server at the same hosting location and recovers it on that server in the event
of a system failure on the main server.
The Extended Backup Service backs up the database hourly to a machine at a
different hosting location and recovers it on that server in the event of a
system failure on the main server. |

Same

Network Line |
An
additional line from a different provider can be added to your server so in the
event of a network failure from one provider the server can still be reached

Another

Services |
Many
of our customers inquire about enhancements and special features. Enhancements
are done on a no additional charge basis if they are requested by more than one
customer and are key "must have" feature.
Non-critical enhancements deemed key to our products are placed on our
enhancement list and scheduled for later releases.
Customers can pay for enhancements they want pushed up to the top of scheduled
list.
We will also make "customer unique" changes to the software at our discretion.
All potential bugs are addressed immediately.
