round the clock by trained professionals who safeguard the security of your
data. As a Customer you can expect
Network, Bandwidth, Security, Power and Environmental Control that's up and running
24x7.
Network
Support Fusion's Data Center provides
flexible, on-demand access via a redundant and diverse Local Services ring.
Dual access routers connect the data center to multiple IP backbone nodes via
dual OC-48 connections.
Back-end connectivity and network services options available include ATM, Frame Relay,
private line, IP and local-switched, and circuit-switched voice services with
local access provided by the Support Fusion Data Center and other local service providers.
Bandwidth
Upstream bandwidth is provided by multiple, scalable and redundant connections to Tier 1
providers. Bandwidth is delivered via multiple redundant fiber entrances to the Data Center, ruling out any single point of failure.
Network Operations Center

The Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed 24x7 by highly trained
technicians and IT professionals.
The
NOC staff monitors the integrity and performance of your Internet connectivity
enabling Support Fusion to quickly and proactively resolve concerns before they
become customer service issues.
Security

24x7 Security includes:
- Closed circuit video monitoring (inside & outside the facility)
- Alarmed doors with secure card-key access
- Man-trap restricted access to the data
floor
- Secure locking equipment enclosures (cabinets or cages)
Building
and environmental alarms are monitored 24x7 by staff in the on-site Network Operations Center.
Environmental Control

To
ensure the sensitive infrastructure within our facilities maintains a stable
temperature, N+1-configured HVAC systems from Liebert are conditioned for
optimal performance. There are multiple chillers and Computer Room AC
(CRAC) units to provide air conditioning to meet N+1 redundancy requirements.
Our
state-of-the-art fire suppression systems rely on a FM-200 inert gas
structure designed to protect servers and other delicate equipment. The backup
system is a dry-charged, pre-action method designed to isolate the event,
protect the physical facility, and leave unaffected systems untouched.
