Support Fusion's Workflow Manager automation is an easy-to-use, point-and-click feature that can be established in minutes, enabling automatic transfer and assignment on a roles basis.

Support Fusion's workflow system is used in conjunction with status management. When workflow triggers statuses, status alerts can be invoked which will set off a predictable schedule of notifications. Workflow will also automatically transfer and assign tasks, cases, or requests from one owner to another. Status alerts will then invoke the notifications, which can be used for:

  • Automatic follow-up for task reminders
  • Automatic follow-up with subsequent, scheduled follow-up for customer service surveys and satisfaction polling
  • Recurring notifications to accommodate recursive task management

Status alerts will continue on a scheduled basis until a status change has been established.
