Partner Program

The Support Fusion Partner Program includes a diverse selection of skilled partners trained on how to support Support Fusion customers and to grow with them to ensure success. Through partners, customers have quick access to Support Fusion pre-packaged BPM templates and solutions in addition to the complete Support Fusion BPM platform.

The Support Fusion Partner Program enables partners to establish practices around the Support Fusion BPM platform to help companies create Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications that support corporate business process management with optimized solutions.

Consulting Partners

Support Fusion Consulting Partners are consulting and systems integration firms that provide a wide variety of skills necessary in all phases of business process management and optimization. They have proven expertise in employing best practices to assist clients in defining systems to optimize performance with software deployment.

Consulting Partners can be national or regional in scope, and recommend Support Fusion pre-packaged BPM solutions and participate in referral incentive programs.

Solution Partners

The Support Fusion Solution Providers or Value Added Resellers (VAR's) resell Support Fusion's solution pre-packaged, or add additional BPM software and services in addition to providing consulting and implementation services. Solution Providers are asked to commit technical and sales resources toward the sale and deployment of Support Fusion solutions.
