Support Fusion offers many variations of its Help Desk / Customer Service
solution as you might have seen when referencing the Products and Solutions
tabs, but it is our Options that will get you on your way to getting up and
running.
Not all businesses are in the same mindset when it comes to servicing their
customers with a web-based system. We have come across many that felt a
system like this was not necessary, but then after trying it for a while seem
to change their minds. This is why Support Fusion offers a phased
approach to using our products.
Start with the Free System, stay with that if it suits your needs or upgrade
when you are ready to the Professional System. Again, that may be where
you are the most successful, but if your company and needs grow, then the
Enterprise System may be where you end up.
All our systems allow you to generate at least one knowledgebase, are
secure and password protected.
All systems also have full backups done weekly and incremental backups done
hourly, so you can be sure your data is safe.
All systems also include free upgrades of the software.
