Professional Support Fusion's Professional option is focused on businesses who see the value of a Help Desk system, but still might not be large enough to justify an Enterprise System.

The Professional Option includes:

  • 100% Web-based Help Desk Hosted Solution (no software to install, all you need is a browser)
  • Unlimited Contacts - You can enter as many as you want, but only five internal users can log in at once.  Customer logins are unlimited.
  • Unlimited Issues - Create as many issues as you want with an unlimited number of activities.  You can also upload documents, track issues, and tie issues together.
  • Email Monitor - Monitor any POP3 mail box and turn emails into issues and activities.
  • Site Wrapper - Create an HTML Header and Footer that mimics your company's website.
  • Server Upgrade - Professional Systems are placed on a more powerful server for faster speeds.
  • 500 MB of Storage
  • Unlimited Email Support - If you have questions, email us and we will get back to you immediately using our system.  Professional customers issues take priority over Free customers.
  • No Advertisements
  • Cost: $100.00 per month (additional licenses, maximum of 5, can be purchased for $11.95 per user per month)

Here's how it works:

  1. Fill out our Professional System Registration form and submit it.
  2. Our system will process your email and add you as a contact in our support system.
  3. You will then be sent an email to verify your email address. In that email there will be a link for you to click. Clicking this link will fire a process to build your site.
  4. Once you site is complete (should take only a few minutes), you will receive another email with information on how to access the system.
  5. Use the system as you want.  If you have questions, you can contact us via email.
