Support Fusion's Free option is focused on businesses that are not ready to commit to a full blown software solution or are not sure how a support system can help their business.

The Free Option includes:

• 100% Web-based Help Desk Hosted Solution (no software to install, all you need is a browser)
• Unlimited Contacts - You can enter as many as you want, but only two internal users can log in at once.  Customer logins are unlimited.
• Unlimited Issues - Create as many issues as you want with an unlimited number of activities.  You can also upload documents, track issues, and tie issues together.
• 50 MB of Storage
• Unlimited Email Support - If you have questions, email us and we will get back to you immediately using our system.
• No Advertisements

Here's how it works:

1. Fill out our Free System Registration form and submit it.
2. Our system will process your email and add you as a contact in our support system.
3. You will then be sent an email to verify your email address. In that email there will be a link for you to click. Clicking this link will fire a process to build your site.
4. Once you site is complete (should take only a few minutes), you will receive another email with information on how to access the system.
5. Use the system as you want.  If you have questions, you can contact us via email.
